Buying Online?
How easy is it to buy online?
Buying online has never been easier. Simply click on a product category, choose the size and enter the quantity required. Click on Add to Basket to send your chosen products straight to your shopping basket. Alternatively if you know what you are looking for, you can enter the product name or description in the quick search box and you will be directed straight to the product page.
You can view your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the basket tab situated on the navigation bar. When you are happy that your order is complete, simply proceed to the checkout and follow the step by step ordering process.
Which payment methods do you accept online?
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Maestro and Switch.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. Any products ordered that are not immediately available will be delivered to you as soon as they are back available in stock.
Can I still purchase an item that is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock you can add it to your order and it will be placed in your shopping basket. Once your order has been processed, the items we have in stock will be despatched to you in accordance with the delivery option(s) you have chosen. Any products you order that are not immediately available will be sent on to you as soon as stock is available. You will only be charged the postage cost (if applicable) for the first delivery if it is to the same delivery address.
When do I receive an order acknowledgement?
Once your order has been placed you will be asked to provide us with your email address. You will receive an order acknowledgement via this email address.

We always try to order our supplies well in advance of demand and apologise for any delays incurred in the process.

Are all the products you sell hypoallergenic?
Dermalogica uses only the finest ingredients available. All products are non-comedogenic and contain no occlusive mineral oil or lanolin, no irritating artificial colour or fragrance and no drying S D alcohol or formaldehyde.
